The Evaluation Expert Group for the seven Euro-Regional Projects in the TEMPO programme has been formed to develop and share best practice in evaluation between the projects in the programme. The group has developed a common framework for projects to use when reporting evaluation results for their ITS implementation projects.  This will help to ensure that results of similar implementations can be compared, assisting in the transfer of results between sites, and providing European Added Value.  The group has also developed Guidelines for Evaluation and is working on a Handbook of Best Practice in Evaluation.

Each of the Euro-Regional projects has been asked to provide brief details (title, description and time schedule) of each evaluation project that will be reported using these guidelines.  The details provided have been collated here to form the first version of the Evaluation Action Plan for the TEMPO Projects. This Action Plan therefore represents a brief summary of the scope of the library of evaluation reports that will be developed during the TEMPO programme.

Some projects have yet to determine the details of evaluation projects that can be included in the action plan. This document will therefore be updated as further material is provided by the projects.
